DietController

I think this program is excellent! It’s so flexible, I can record my own special foods not listed & it calculates all the nutrients. You can put in a fraction of that food created, and it calculates that portion. The Calorie balance section of charting doesn’t make much sense.
It’s so fast, it’s learning what I use often and fills that item in.
